- 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience plus a degree, or

The Role

As Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will:

- Lead a white collar construction desk across mid to senior roles

- Partner with builders, consultancies, developers, PM firms, and government organisations

- Manage established client relationships while developing new business

- Deliver permanent and contract recruitment solutions

- Contribute to market strategy and desk growth

- Operate with autonomy while supported by an experienced leadership team

You may inherit a warm desk or build out your own vertical, with full market intelligence and support provided.
