We are currently seeking two experienced Scraper Operators to join a busy civil construction team at Badgerys Creek, NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for operators with proven scraper experience to secure immediate work on a large-scale earthworks project. Successful candidates will be operating CAT 637 Scrapers and must be confident working in a production-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CAT 637 Scrapers safely and efficiently

- Perform bulk earthworks and material movement

- Complete daily pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance checks





- Follow site safety procedures and project requirements

- Work collaboratively with supervisors and other plant operators to meet production targets

Requirements

- Proven experience operating CAT 637 Scrapers

- Current Construction White Card

- Strong commitment to safety and site procedures

- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced earthmoving environment

- Reliable transport and strong work ethic
