This position reports to the Head of Operations.

The role will be full-time, on-site at our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office.

The Team Leader’s duties include but are not limited to:

- Supervise, mentor, and train Service Coordinators to support development

- Manage rostering and scheduling to ensure all shifts are properly covered

- Share flexible, rotating on-call duties with multiple leaders to handle urgent schedule updates

- Build strong client relationships and promote a customer-focused culture

- Collaborate with clients, families, and case managers to achieve care goals





- Monitor funding usage to prevent under or over-expenditure

- Ensure staff are qualified and trained for their assigned services

- Handle complaints, oversee team tasks, and support continuous improvement

We are looking for a Team Leader who can demonstrate:

- Aged Care or NDIS experience

- Strong organisation and time management skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Demonstrated team leadership experience

- Excellent computer skills

- Robust attention to detail

- Previous experience with Alayacare is a plus
