Miami Hotel Melbourne

The Miami is located at the North end of Melbourne CBD in West Melbourne and accommodates groups and independent travellers. We are a 3.5 Star rated property with 70 En-Suite rooms.

NIGHT AUDIT RECEPTIONIST

The main objective of the job is to ensure the smooth running of the hotel over-night (11pm-7am).

Your main responsibilities will be:

Completing daily tasks that are allocated by Hotel Management

Dealing with any guest enquiries, concerns or questions promptly

Entering reservations, auditing reservations

Checking in and out guests

Running Night Audit process

Experience is not essential and training will be provided, however a few skills are required:

Common Sense

Basic computer knowledge

Previous cash handling skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Great customer service skills

Outstanding attitude and Team Player is essential

Ability to work by yourself confidently

24-32 hours a week (3-4, 8 hour shifts) will be offered. Once trained these shifts are a stand alone 11pm - 7am.

Protentional of more hours based on the requirements of the business.

Must have flexible availability (7 days) and be able to work with a rotating roster.
