Overview

Elastomers Australia currently have an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive Contract Coordinator to join our growing team based in Campbellfield.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager – Legal & Contracts, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders nationally while supporting key customer and supplier contract management, relationships, and commercial initiatives across the business.

Duties

- Support the end-to-end implementation, administration and ongoing management of customer and supplier contracts across the business
- Coordinate the internal rollout of contracts, ensuring stakeholders understand and meet their contractual obligations and requirements
- Coordinate customer contract review meetings by collating information from multiple departments, prepare presentations and supporting documentation
- Monitor and manage contract obligations including milestones, KPI reporting requirements and renewal dates
- Assist with Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP) and tender submissions
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to internal stakeholders including the Sales team, Operation Managers and General Manager’s on contractual requirements




- Assist with supplier agreements, confidentiality agreements (NDAs), trademark renewals, intellectual property administration and general commercial documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks ranging from legal, document management, and other various commercial tasks.

Requirements

This is a diverse role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating multiple priorities and an all-rounder with a ‘can do attitude’, which has the following:

- Previous experience in contract administration, legal administration, commercial support, project coordination or a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
