About the role

Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, lead and support the workshop foreman, and deliver a high level of service to customers. You will schedule and allocate jobs efficiently, liaise with customers throughout the repair process, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

- Monitor workflow, productivity and job profitability
- Maintain accurate repair orders and workshop documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve workshop processes and customer service

About you





- Previous experience in a Service Manager, Workshop Manager or Senior Service Advisor role
- Strong knowledge of heavy diesel, machinery or automotive repairs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Robust organisational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and a commitment to getting the job done right
- A practical, hands-on approach and a strong work ethic
