Multiple Opportunities
Complete Personnel Group is expanding and we are seeking enthusiastic, community-focused individuals to join our team across the Eyre Peninsula, Based is flexible between Tumby Bay, Cowell or Port Lincoln. We currently have opportunities available in the following roles:
- Senior Case Manager
- Case Manager
- Community Projects Officer
These roles offer meaningful opportunities to support participants on their journey toward employment, strengthen community engagement, and contribute to delivering high‑quality services across the region. Each position focuses on capacity building, community participation, and supporting employment pathways through well‑designed and impactful community projects. Flexibility in work location across the region and the chance to deliver high-quality services under the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) contract.
Senior Case Manager
This leadership role focuses on supporting staff, driving performance, and delivering high-quality, person-centred services to participants with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor frontline staff
- Facilitate best practice workshops and support team performance
- Assess complex participant needs and improve service engagement
- Develop tailored employment interventions for sustainable outcomes
- Build strong links with community services, education, and training providers
- Conduct file reviews and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
Case Manager
This role focuses on direct participant support, delivering tailored employment services and helping individuals achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of participants
- Prepare for appointments through file reviews and planning
- Develop individualised job plans with participants
- Provide pre-employment support including training and work experience referrals
- Assist participants with resume development and job readiness
Community Projects Officer
- Support the delivery, coordination, and tracking of Community Projects across the region
- Assist with logistics, scheduling, and organisation of project initiatives
- Maintain calendars, registers, and administrative records related to Community Projects
About You
To be successful in any of these roles, you will bring:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence using computers and digital systems
- Ability to build relationships with participants, employers, and stakeholders
- Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check (or ability to obtain)
- Current driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel across the region, including occasional overnight stays
Desirable (particularly for Senior Case Manager)
- Experience in employment services, community services, or disability employment
- Knowledge of local labour markets and community support services
- Experience working with people with complex needs
- Understanding of employment, education, and training pathways
- Relevant qualifications or experience with Department systems
