Find the right environment to thrive in your career

iThrive Health is looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary team at our West Leederville clinic.

This is an opportunity to join a growing allied health organisation with a large team of passionate Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, strong clinical leadership and a culture built around collaboration, professional development and genuinely enjoying where you work.

With iThrive continuing to grow across multiple locations, we're looking for an OT who wants to develop their clinical skills, work alongside experienced therapists and build a rewarding long-term career within a supportive team.

The role

You'll work with a wide-ranging paediatric caseload, providing Occupational Therapy to children and adolescents across our West Leederville clinic as well as within schools, homes and community settings.

Our clients present with a broad range of developmental and functional needs, including Autism, ADHD, developmental delay, sensory processing differences, emotional regulation, motor coordination and everyday functional skills.

Your role will include:

- Individual clinic-based Occupational Therapy

- School and community-based intervention

- Developmental and functional assessments

- Parent, teacher and stakeholder collaboration

- Individualised therapy planning

- Working collaboratively alongside our OT and Speech Pathology teams

You'll have the flexibility to develop your own areas of clinical interest while being surrounded by clinicians with diverse experience and expertise.

A team around you

One of the greatest advantages of working at iThrive is the depth of clinical support around you.

You'll join a large and experienced therapy team across Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology, with opportunities for regular collaboration, case discussion and shared learning.

Importantly, you'll receive weekly clinical supervision from experienced Senior Occupational Therapists, providing dedicated time to discuss cases, develop your clinical reasoning and continue building confidence and capability as a therapist.

Our senior clinicians are accessible, involved and invested in helping our therapists develop.

A workplace designed for sustainable careers

We want excellent therapists to enjoy their work and stay in the profession for the long term.

Our working week is structured to provide a healthy balance between clinical work, professional development and life outside the clinic — including a 12pm finish every Friday.

You'll also benefit from an established caseload, strong administrative support and systems designed to allow clinicians to focus their time and energy on their clients.

About iThrive

iThrive Health is an established and growing multidisciplinary allied health practice providing Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services to children, adolescents, young adults and their families.

Despite that growth, we're committed to maintaining the culture that has always been central to iThrive.
