What You’ll Do
- Support injured workers through tailored return-to-work and recovery programs
- Provide specialist advice to employers, insurers, clients, and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and stakeholders through a friendly, solutions-focused approach
- Manage your own caseload with true schedule flexibility and autonomy
- Conduct assessments, attend case conferences, and implement sustainable rehabilitation strategies
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive regional team
- Deliver services across Workers Compensation, ComCare, and non-compensation frameworks

What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Psychology
- Current qualified registration or accreditation with AHPRA, ESSA, or an equivalent body
- Current federal police clearance or willingness to obtain one
- A valid driver’s licence to attend client appointments, meetings, and site visits
