We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, keep the team moving and take ownership of quality, performance and results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Lead and develop a large team of skilled detailers.

- Allocate work to maximise workflow, productivity and efficiency.

- Set high-quality standards for new vehicle presentation.

- Identify and correct paint imperfections, halos, fallout and other defects.

- Monitor individual KPIs, performance and efficiencies.

- Manage team performance and behaviour when required.

- Work with suppliers to control costs and maximise value.

- Manage detailing materials and ensure stock is maintained.

- Liaise with Quality Control to maintain preparation standards.

- Drive continuous improvement across the team and operation.

- Promote safe work practices and a positive team culture.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- Experience in new vehicle detailing — dealership experience not essential.

- Previous experience supervising or leading a team.





- Solid eye for detail and passion for quality vehicle presentation.

- Ability to identify and correct paint and presentation issues.

- Strong communication and organisational skills.

- Confidence managing KPIs and team performance.

- Hands-on, proactive Can Do attitude.

- Current driver’s licence.
