About The Role:

We’re seeking motivated and safety-focused Riggers and Climbers to join our field teams. You’ll play a vital role constructing and servicing ART’s Australian-made guyed lattice masts and infrastructure across Australia and NZ — ensuring our systems continue to deliver reliable, bankable data for renewable energy projects.

This hands-on role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure supporting Australia’s clean energy future.

What You'll Do:

- Support crews constructing guyed mast towers, inspections, maintenance, commissions and decommissions. (if qualified)
- Daily duties include all aspects of tower build or maintenance, from civil labour/construction, working at heights (if qualified), completing site paperwork.
- Work and travel to remote areas of Australia.
- Perform work in a small team environment.
- Coordinate site accommodation and travel logistics.
- Work on a versatile 3:1 roster.

What You'll Bring





- A genuine commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Proven rigging or climbing experience in field, construction, or tower environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using power and hand tools.
- Adaptability to changing site conditions and schedules.
- High attention to detail with sound documentation and communication skills.

Required Qualifications Climber:

- Construction Induction (White Card)
- Rigging Ticket
- Driver's License
- Basic Computer and emailing skills

Desirable:

- First Aid & CPR
- WAH
- Tower rescue
