? About the Role

- Flexible employment: Full time and part-time positions available

- Caseload: Maximum of 24 clients/week (experience and workday dependent)

- Work week: 4.5 days (4 days client-facing + 0.5 day paid admin)

- Holidays: 5 weeks of paid annual leave with options to accrue more time off!

- Service delivery: In-clinic, outreach, and telehealth

- Opportunities to engage with community programs and outreach projects

- Paid mental health days: Care for and nurture your mental health without the worry of using sick leave.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality,



evidence-based speech pathology assessment and intervention

- Set meaningful, functional goals in collaboration with clients and families

- Empower caregivers and educators through capacity building

- Work collaboratively with educators, support workers, and other community stakeholders

- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and client records

- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture

- Potential to providing supervision to allied health assistants and speech pathology students

?‍♀️ About You

- Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)

- SPA membership or eligibility

- Current (or willingness to obtain): WWCC, Police Check, First Aid

- Passion for working with children and families in a neuro affirming, strengths-based way

- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive, collaborative team
