Job Title: Handyman / General Maintenance Officer
Location: Windsor, NSW
Pay Rate: $40 per hour
Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman / General Maintenance Officer to join their team in Windsor. This is a full-time opportunity based on a single site, offering secure, ongoing work with no travel between locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out general building maintenance and repairs
- Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and patching works
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Repair and replace fixtures, fittings and equipment as required
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment

About You:

- Previous experience in a handyman,



maintenance or facilities role
- Strong all-round maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive and safety-focused
- Trade qualification is advantageous but not essential
