Opportunity to join a major transformation, open to both Transfer Agency operations professionals or a junior wealth BAs
This is an opportunity for an operationally focused Business Analyst or someone with an Ops-focused wealth background (ie Transfer Agency) to join a large financial services transformation program.
You will work client-side on the implementation of an established platform, helping shape how it integrates with existing business processes and operational requirements. The role sits across integrations, process design, testing and operational readiness, with significant interaction across business, operations and technology teams.

Who you will be working with:
You will join a major financial services organisation delivering a significant technology and operational transformation program.
The project involves implementing additional platform capabilities across Transfer Agency and listed investment operations, with a strong focus on integrating the solution into existing business processes.
You will work closely with business and APAC operations teams to understand current processes, identify requirements and ensure the platform is ready to support day-to-day operations following implementation.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Gather and document Transfer Agency operational and integration requirements
- Map end-to-end processes covering transfers, reconciliations, reporting and exceptions
- Translate operational requirements into clear business and system requirements
- Identify process impacts and integration requirements across existing operations
- Support test planning, test data preparation and operational readiness activities
- Execute business and operational testing and assist with defect remediation
- Work with business and technology teams to resolve issues and confirm requirements
- Support implementation activities through to operational readiness

We are looking for someone with:

- Transfer Agency operations experience
- Experience within managed funds, fund registry or related investment administration environments
- Listed Transfer Agency or ASX exposure is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of operational processes such as transfers, reconciliations and reporting
- Experience supporting integrations, requirements gathering and business testing
- Experience working client-side or closely with business operations teams
- An engaging stakeholder style and confidence working across APAC operations teams
