About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Induction & Training Administrator to join the team at HILLS TANKERS in Beresfield NSW. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in coordinating the company's induction and training programs.

What you'll be doing

- Managing and maintaining employee induction and training records and ensuring compliance of training certificates

- Planning ahead so that Employees Trainings, Medicals and Inductions are completed before expiring

- Onboard personnel and making sure training and inductions are booked so as to minimise down time

- Managing phone and email enquiries from internal and external clients

- Scheduling and facilitating ongoing training sessions for employees

- Tracking training attendance and completion

- Providing administrative support for the training function

- Ensuring all training records and documentation are accurately maintained

- Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the training program

What we're looking for

- Strong ability to prioritise, and manage multiple competing tasks

- Strong analysis and problem solving ability with attention to detail

- Exceptional communication and organisational skills

- Highly motivated and proactive

- High level of computer literacy, including MS Office suite skills i.e Word, Excel,



Outlook etc.

- Experience with induction portals e.g. Pegasus, Damstra etc

- Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team

- Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role will be considered
