Are you passionate about property and looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a driven Assistant Property Manager to join our talented team, working with a major government client.

As part of our collaborative Property Management team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a property portfolio. From building strong tenant relationships and coordinating lease administration to managing occupancy matters and providing administrative support, you'll gain valuable exposure and development opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Here's what you will focus on;

• Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenant’s requests

• Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants

• Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations

• Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required

• General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.

Here are strengths and background you’ll need to be successful;

• Previous property administration experience with high level attention to detail

• Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment

• Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships

• A positive attitude and flexible approach to work

• Real Estate Certificate or working towards it
