We’re looking for a motivated and capable experienced Cook plus an experienced kitchen hand, to handle the kitchen at our small, but busy, outback hotel.
If you’re looking for a change of pace and want to be part of a genuine country team where your work is valued and your input matters — this is the role for you.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:

- Preparing and serving quality, hearty meals that keep locals and travellers coming back

- Managing kitchen operations, stock delivery and control, and food safety compliance

- Planning seasonal specials suited to our venue and clientele

About You

We’re after someone who:

- Has solid experience in a pub, hotel,



or bistro-style kitchen and is willing to work 6 days a week (split-shifts)

- Can work independently with pride in presentation, quality, consistency, and hygiene

- Enjoys country living and being part of a small team or is looking for a change for a slower, more fulfilling lifestyle

- A well-rounded personality who enjoys leading and teaching, for their team to thrive
