Children’s Coach – Sport & Music

Do you love working with children and have a passion for sport, music, movement or early childhood development?

Mini Monstars is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Children’s Coaches to join our team across Ballarat, delivering fun, engaging programs in early learning centres.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants meaningful, active work where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

You’ll visit early learning centres and deliver our fun, structured programs to children aged 0–5 years.

Depending on your strengths, sessions may include:

- Sport and movement

- Music, rhythm and dance

- Games and active play

- Coordination and gross motor activities

- Imaginative play and movement

Our programs are pre-written and structured, so you don't need to spend your evenings planning lessons. We provide the equipment, resources and training — you bring the energy!

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who is:

- Energetic, enthusiastic and confident working with young children

- Comfortable leading groups and getting involved in the activities

- Passionate about sport, music, dance, fitness, teaching or early childhood

- Reliable, organised and able to work independently

- Positive, encouraging and inclusive





- Comfortable being a little silly — bunny hops encouraged!

Experience working with children aged 0–5 is highly regarded, but we’re also interested in people with the right attitude and transferable experience.

What You’ll Need

- Current Employee Working With Children Check (WWCC)

- Driver’s licence and reliable transport

- Ability to travel between early learning centres across Ballarat

- Understanding of early childhood environments is highly regarded
