We're looking for an energetic, confident and enthusiastic Promotions Presenter to join our team! This unique role combines customer service, entertainment, promotions and community engagement. You'll be the welcoming face of the club, creating memorable experiences for our members while bringing excitement and energy to our promotions, events and activities. Whether you're hosting a raffle or poker, calling bingo, trivia or our jackpot, you'll play an key role in making every visit memorable!

About the Role

As part of our Promotions team, you will:

- Create a warm and qualified first impression for members and guests

- Generate excitement and engagement around club promotions, events and activities

- Present bingo, raffles, giveaways, trivia nights and special events

- Confidently use a microphone with a clear, engaging and energetic style

- Build strong relationships with members and guests

- Educate customers about club promotions, events, facilities and rewards programs

- Work closely with leaders and team members to deliver memorable customer experiences

About You

You're a natural people person who loves engaging with others and isn't afraid to step into the spotlight. You'll bring:

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills

- Confidence speaking in front of groups and using a microphone

- A friendly, energetic and approachable personality

- The ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations

- Strong attention to detail and sound computer skills

- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

- A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences

- Previous hospitality experience (highly regarded)

Essential Requirements

- Current RSA and RCG Competency, or willingness to obtain

- Availability to work late nights, split shifts,



weekends and public holidays

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across the club's operating hours

This permanent part-time position requires flexibility to work across the club's operating hours of 7:30am to 4:00am, Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays and split shifts.
