Redpath Partners are partnering with Osmoflo to appoint a Bid Manager within their Pre-contracts team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end Tender process, delivering high-quality technical and commercial proposals, and supporting growth into new and existing markets.

Responsibilities

- Manage the full Tender lifecycle from tender review through to submission, contract execution and handover to the delivery team.
- Develop and execute bid strategies aligned with client requirements and sales objectives.
- Coordinate inputs across engineering, projects, commercial and operations teams.
- Prepare high-quality RFP/RFQ responses including Technical proposal, design drawings, pricing, schedules, methodologies and technical submissions.
- Lead tender planning, risk assessments, internal approvals and cost reviews.
- Support client presentations, clarifications and contract negotiations post-submission.
- Manage Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) engagements and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate commercial, technical and delivery risks across tenders.




- Conduct win/loss reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of tender processes.

Requirements

- 5-8 years' experience in capital project management, tender management, feasibility studies, or related engineering, project, or commercial roles.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Process, or Chemical.
- Strong technical capability with the ability to interpret engineering designs, specifications, and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex tenders or projects concurrently.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in water, wastewater, or infrastructure projects highly regarded
- Strong organisational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Robust understanding of project lifecycle, contract negotiation and commercial drivers
