A well-established industrial/commercial contractor is looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join their team.

This is a travel-based role delivering industrial projects across Queensland and interstate, with projects typically running 4–9 months. It will suit someone who enjoys travelling, working on different projects and wants to progress their career.

The Role: You’ll be hands-on while helping drive the day-to-day delivery of industrial projects.

- Leading trades and coordinating subcontractors
- Supporting the Site Supervisor with daily site operations
- Coordinating materials, deliveries and programme
- Maintaining H&S;,



QA and site documentation
- Keeping crews productive and works moving
- Working closely with the Site Supervisor, PMs and clients

What You’ll Bring:

- Industrial construction experience
- Previous Leading Hand or senior trade experience
- Live site/brownfield experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Happy to travel and work remotely when required
- Trade background preferred
