About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join us on a 12-month contract. The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in identifying operational challenges and designing effective solutions that support business goals. Working across multiple departments, this role helps implement and maintain business information systems that enhance performance and efficiency.

You’ll collaborate closely with financial reporting and IT teams to develop strategies that optimise costs and improve reporting outcomes. This role requires solid analytical thinking, cross-functional engagement, and a focus on delivering practical, data-driven improvements across platforms and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, create, and facilitate requirements elicitation by conducting business and systems process analysis and design.

- Identifying business needs by focusing on quality improvement and data management.

- Partner with a range of stakeholders to ensure requirements are aligned to meet the long-term business strategies.

- Manage and coordinate various platform and business operations projects to monitor and report on the project outcomes to ensure they are delivered on time,



within budget and to agreed quality standards.

- Work with stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams to develop, plan and implement testing, change management and training plans.

- Assist concurrently on multiple projects while working closely with the Chief Technology Officer on platform strategy.

Required Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

- Demonstrated experience in a Senior Business Analyst role (minimum 5 years’ experience).

- Experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders and applying change management principles through large and complex digital transformation projects.

- Ability to work autonomously to further scope future projects.

- Demonstrated experience in a range of methods, tools and techniques to capture requirements and evaluate and recommend appropriate solutions.

- An appropriate tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable.

- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

- Tertiary degree, finance related discipline (preferred).
