Farmhands & Forklift Drivers – Bargo | Immediate Start

Are you a reliable, hardworking Farmhand looking for stable, ongoing employment? Do you have a valid Forklift Licence (LF) and enjoy hands-on work?

We are currently seeking Farmhands, including an experienced Forklift Driver, to join our client's team in Bargo.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term, ongoing employment with a well-established Australian egg producer that has been operating for more than 54 years and is recognised for its commitment to innovation, animal welfare and industry-leading farming practices.

- Standard shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Role

As a Farmhand, your duties may include:

- Floor walking
- Collecting floor eggs
- Feeding birds
- Operating farm machinery and equipment
- General farm labour
- Farm housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment
- Moving manure
- Yard maintenance, including cleaning gutters
- Cutting grass and general grounds maintenance
- Shoveling
- Cleaning and maintaining drains
- Driving a tractor
- Other duties as required to support the day-to-day operation of the farm





For candidates with a valid forklift ticket, duties may also include Forklift operation and general materials handling.
Full training will be provided. Previous farm or agricultural experience is an advantage but is not essential

To Be Successful, You Will Need

- Flexible availability Monday to Sunday. Must be available weekends! to work a rotating roster
- A valid Australian Forklift Licence (LF) if applying for the Forklift Driver component of the role
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport, the farm is not accessible by public transport
- To be physically fit and comfortable working in a farm environment
- To be reliable, hardworking and committed to long-term employment
- To be comfortable working outdoors and performing physical, hands-on duties
- Not to keep birds, chickens or pigs at your place of residence due to strict quarantine requirements
- Valid Australian working rights and be currently residing in Australia
