This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for a Property Manager who is confident, organised & ready to take ownership of their portfolio.

- Portfolio based role, you manage your portfolio end to end with full accountability.

- Dedicated Administration and Trust Accounting support.

- Work directly with an involved Principal who mentors, supports & values performance.

- Established agency for over 30 years.

Requirements for the role:





- 2+ years of portfolio based Property Management experience

- Hold a current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate

- Communicate clearly & confidently, both written & verbal

- Organised, professional and proactive

- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
