About the role

The Talent Specialist delivers outcomes for Cadence Connect and its customer base by promoting its core values in everything you do: Trust, Authenticity, Outcomes, Reliability. We're looking for an experienced Talent Specialist to join our Information Technology team.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to simply fill jobs. It's for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, uncovering exceptional talent and becoming a trusted advisor to candidates and clients alike

Key responsibilities

- Ensure all customer interactions, conversations, actions, decisions, and agreements are accurately recorded in our CRM – Job Adder

- Building relationships with technology professionals across the Brisbane market

- Work collaboratively with Cadence Connect employees

- Perform duties diligently, honestly and to the best of your ability

- Interviewing, qualifying and managing candidates through the entire recruitment journey

- Maintain a thorough end to end recruitment process including but not limited to candidate reference checks, eligibility to work

- Develop, manage and maintain relevant client and candidate relationships through means of,



but not limited to; lead generation, client meetings, e-mail correspondence, candidate interviews, client events

- Helping us continually raise the bar on candidate and client experience

- Actively promote your qualified candidates to your colleagues and clients

About you

- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a commercial environment within the recruitment industry

- Proven background demonstrating Trust, Authenticity, Outcomes, Reliability

- Ability to generate quality outcomes independently and as part of a team

- Manage multiple conflicting priorities, complex problem solving and working under pressure

- Ability to make sound and timely decisions to meet the business's goals

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail

- Outcomes focussed and highly motivated to succeed
