About the role
This is a diverse, hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, dependable and practical, with strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to get involved. You'll play an important role in keeping the office organised, professional and welcoming, while providing reliable administrative support across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Managing shared inboxes and coordinating general correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate registers, records and administrative systems
- Supporting WH&S; compliance, documentation and workplace requirements
- Providing general accounts administration, including processing invoices, expenses and related documentation
- Coordinating facilities, maintenance, couriers and other essential office services
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees, including workstation and office setup
- Coordinating domestic travel and accommodation arrangements
- Managing stationery, kitchen supplies and other office consumables
- Coordinating meeting rooms, office setups and general workplace requirements
- Undertaking light office cleaning and housekeeping duties, including maintaining kitchens, meeting rooms and communal areas to ensure the workplace remains clean, organised, well stocked and professionally presented
About you
- Minimum of three years' administration experience
- Highly organised, proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of a varied workload
- Excellent attention to detail and solid communication skills
- Practical, can-do approach
- Confident managing competing priorities, working independently and contributing positively as part of a team
- Previous experience in office coordination is essential
- Experience or exposure to facilities management, WH&S; and general workplace operations will be highly regarded
Hours
This is a part-time position of approximately 20–25 hours per week, with flexibility to spread the hours across 3–5 days per week. The specific days and hours will be discussed with the successful applicant.
