Job Description

- Picking, Packing & Dispatching: Fulfill orders to a high standard and achieve excellent pick rates.
- Stock Control: Assist with receiving inbound goods, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Stock Integrity: Work alongside the team to maintain stock accuracy through replenishment, expiry date checks, and regular stock takes.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload courier trucks.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, secure work environment and contribute to daily housekeeping tasks.
- General Warehouse Duties: Support with various tasks as directed by the team leader.

Shifts Available

- AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:06pm
- PM Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:06 pm

About The Candidate

- Experience:



Previous experience in a pick-packer role in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Motivation & Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to consistently lift and carry stock (up to 20kg).
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work conditions.
- Health & Safety: A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
