Pathfinders is seeking a Full Time Cultural Support Officer based in the Mid North Coast or the Recent England region of NSW. You will work with young people in OOHC programs, facilitate cultural care planning, and mentor staff and carers while advocating for Aboriginal families.
The role requires understanding Aboriginal cultures in NSW and building partnerships with Aboriginal agencies to strengthen cultural connections. This is a Level 4, Pay Point 1 SCHADS Award position.
