About the Role

As the Warehouse Storeperson, you will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, assembled and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting customer service outcomes and ensuring all warehouse activities are completed safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, check, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time

- Verify product codes, quantities, condition and customer requirements before dispatch

- Arrange freight,



prepare consignment labels and shipping documentation, and coordinate freight collections

- Receive incoming stock, check deliveries against purchase orders and put stock away correctly

- Maintain accurate inventory records and process warehouse transactions in Acumatica

- Assist with stocktakes, stock investigations and warehouse transfers

- Operate forklifts safely and complete required pre-start checks

- Load and unload trucks and move stock safely throughout the warehouse

- Complete basic product assembly and preparation as required

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

- Identify and resolve routine stock, freight and dispatch issues

- Report significant discrepancies, damage, delays or operational issues to the Operations Manager

- Follow all company safety, quality and warehouse procedures

- Support additional warehouse projects and business activities as required

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

- Current Forklift High Risk Work Licence

- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or dispatch environment

- Experience picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

- Robust attention to detail and commitment to accuracy





- Good computer skills with the ability to learn and use Acumatica

- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

- Ability to safely undertake manual handling and warehouse duties

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Experience with stock control, stocktakes and inventory management
