Patterson Cheney Group's Mercedes-Benz Brighton workshop is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead daily operations, allocate jobs to service technicians, and ensure smooth flow between service advisors and technicians.

You will manage a team of over 30, drive efficiency, uphold MB standards, and mentor apprentices. This permanent full time role offers above-market pay, Monday–Friday hours, strong career progression, and access to exclusive Patterson Cheney discounts.
