Seeking an Experienced Property Manager

As a Property Manager/CSE, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-end properties, ensuring they are well maintained and beautifully presented to meet the expectations of both owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Outstanding Property Care: From inspections and repairs to maintenance and presentation, you'll ensure every property is kept in excellent condition.

- Develop Strong Owner Relations: As a direct point of contact for property owners, you will build trustworthy, solid and lasting relationships.

- Vendor Management:



Effectively manage a wide range of contractors and tradespeople to ensure specialised repairs, maintenance and services are carried out as needed.

- Enhance Client Experiences: Manage the experience of in-house owners and guests alike by handling their requests, issues or disputes.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in property management, preferably in short-term rentals.

- Exceptional people skills with the ability to build and maintain strong local relationships.

- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties, priorities and tasks.

- Experience conducting property related repairs.

- A growth mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities to improve property presentation and performance.

- Current Driver's Licence.
