UGL Pty Limited in Western Australia is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support our Alcoa operations, primarily based in Pinjarra with occasional travel to Wagerup. Working closely with Project Leaders, Supervisors and frontline teams, you will provide practical HSE guidance, coaching and assurance to support protected and successful project delivery.
This hands-on role is about building relationships, engaging with the workforce and influencing positive safety behaviours.
