Join to apply for the New Graduate Occupational Therapist role at Concentric

Location: Kids Focus, Penshurst, NSW.

Responsibilities

- A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development.
- Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space.
- A Supervisor to help you navigate your current role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way.
- Flexi-time; work from home opportunities to allow for work life balance.
- Quarterly alignment days – a day out of the clinic to not see clients, let your hair down and spend some quality time learning alongside your colleagues.
- Teams with high levels of fun and culture.

Essential Qualifications And Experience

- Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA Registration (or eligible on graduation)
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
