We're partnering with a leading global IT consulting firm to find a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant who can lead client engagements and deliver impactful Microsoft Business Applications solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights—with a strong focus on Copilot and AI-driven capabilities.

The Role

- Lead workshops, gather requirements, and design fit‑for‑purpose CE solutions
- Advise clients on optimising processes using out‑of‑the‑box Dynamics 365 and AI features
- Own functional solution design and collaborate with technical teams on delivery
- Support UAT, data migration, and integration discussions
- Contribute to presales, proposals, and ongoing client growth

What You Bring

- Proven experience in a lead Dynamics 365 CE functional consulting role
- Expertise in at least two: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights
- Strong understanding of Copilot in Dynamics 365
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
