About the Role

In the position of Food and Beverage Attendant, you will provide courteous, professional and effective service to our guests. This position requires excellent communication and multitasking skills with a passion for delivering high-quality service to ensure seamless service with maximum guest satisfaction.

Some of the responsibilities include

- Assist with the setup, service and pack down/reset of a range of events including gala dinners, exhibitions, weddings and social events.
- Work within our Restaurant - The Landing Place across various shifts during breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the Heart of House and Front of House areas at all times.
- Point of contact for both external and internal guests.




- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work across Food and Beverage departments, as required.
- Fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.

Qualifications

Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is essential.

Qualification in Hospitality would be advantageous.

Previous experience in a similar role within an events center, restaurant or hotel environment would be highly advantageous.

Ability to work a flexible roster including, weekends, evenings and holiday.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Robust time management with the ability to juggle multiple demands.
