As our Sydney studio continues to grow, we are seeking an accomplished Principal to join our leadership team. This is an opportunity for a proven architectural leader to drive success across complex projects, lead an exceptional team, and continue to build on FK’s strong reputation in the residential and living sectors.

You’ll be a confident and trusted leader who thrives in a quick-paced environment — guiding teams to deliver projects of quality and significance while ensuring clients are supported, informed, and inspired along the way. Your strength lies in balancing creativity with delivery, and in fostering an environment where people collaborate, learn, and perform at their best.

This role will suit someone with extensive architectural experience,



a genuine interest in mentoring others, and the capability to translate vision into reality through design and project leadership. Working closely with Partners and peers across the practice, you will play an integral part in shaping the continued success and culture of FK Sydney.
