- The successful applicants will be qualified Systems Engineers who have:
- Knowledge and practical experience in system engineering preferably in communications, aviation/aerospace or maritime/naval environment.
- Knowledge and practical experience of products in radio communications and voice switching systems.
- Knowledge and practical experience of engineering processes and tools.
- An understanding of IP networks and protocols.
- Structured approach to projects.
- Advanced communications skills and including the ability to negotiate required outcomes to meet project objectives.
- Foster and demonstrate personal accountability and commitment.
- Foster and demonstrate personal agility by adapting flexibly to recent situations, pursuing new paths, and learning from mistakes.
- Drive team success through collaboration achieving results reliably, with broad perspective, initiative, pragmatism, and persistence.

- Bachelor of Engineering qualifications in Electrical/Electronics or a relevant degree in Engineering, preferably majoring in Systems, Radio Frequency, Mechatronics, Electronics, Communications, or Aerospace
