We represent a leading law firm who are distinguished for their expertise in the areas of employment, industrial relations, workplace and safety law.

With offices sitting across four major cities in Australia, this firm has grown to become a powerhouse within the industry whilst maintaining an excellent culture that prioritises the growth and development of their lawyers.

The Role

Our client is currently looking to identify a couple of talented Lawyers with 3+ years' PAE to join their impressive Sydney practice.

This role will see you regularly advising on complex executive matters, workplace investigations, industrial relations and enterprise bargaining disputes, as well as the full suite of everyday employment issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination, restraint of trade and training and risk management workshops.

Your clients will include multinational employers operating across various industries and sectors, including banking and finance, construction & infrastructure, government, resources, transport and utilities.

Required Skills





Ideally you will have 3+ years' dedicated experience in employment and industrial relations law from a highly regarded boutique, mid or top-tier private practice team, or high-performing in-house environment.

You will be an excellent communicator and enjoy working collaboratively with other lawyers at all levels.
