Talent.Realised Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking the first Head of Growth to build the function from the ground up. You will own the growth stack end to end, including paid, owned and earned channels, and operate directly in Meta and Google ads with no intermediary agency.

You will work closely with the founders, own lifecycle and CRM, web CRO, and the referral loop, turning trust into scalable, sustainable growth while navigating multiple internal stakeholders and delivering measurable results.
