Reflections Holidays in NSW is seeking a friendly Reservations Agent to help guests find their perfect getaway. You will handle bookings by telephone, email and web, provide accurate information, and promote our Loyalty Program and park promotions.
You’ll join a casual Reservations Team at Wickham Base Camp, taking bookings and cancellations, assisting guests, and coordinating with park sites as needed. The role requires robust communication, organisational skills and a passion for great service.
