As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of major Australian retail accounts within a well-established international business. You will be responsible for strengthening and growing existing partnerships across high-volume, low-margin retail channels. This role focuses purely on existing business driving GP, volume and strategic growth while acting as the key liaison between local retail partners and global manufacturing teams to ensure strong commercial performance and seamless execution.

About the Role

- Manage and grow key Australian retail accounts
- Drive GP, revenue and volume performance
- Lead pricing negotiations and annual range reviews
- Manage forecasting, stock planning and margin outcomes
- Collaborate closely with operations, finance and international stakeholders
- Support product launches and oversee OEM / white-label supply relationships
- Build and maintain long-term strategic retailer partnerships

About You

- Proven experience managing major Australian retail accounts
- Background within supplier, OEM, private label, consumer goods, electronics, appliances or similar
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on GP, margin and growth
- Confident leading pricing and commercial negotiations
- Structured, organised and proactive
- Team-oriented, team-oriented and culturally aligned
- Resilient, mature and commercially sharp
