Contract: Initial 6-month contract
We're partnering with a leading organisation seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a high-performing team delivering ServiceNow solutions across a range of business-critical initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands‑on ServiceNow development experience who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and enhance platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customise ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD and related applications
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution
- Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, business stakeholders, and project delivery teams
About You
- Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration and customisation
- Exposure to ITIL processes and service management frameworks (preferred)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to work independently within a team-oriented project environment
