Pike & Joyce is seeking a Cellar Door / Tasting Room Sales Assistant to join our team in the beautiful Adelaide Hills.

Located in Lenswood, just 40 minutes from the Adelaide CBD, Pike & Joyce combines award-winning wines, exceptional food and one of the region's most spectacular views.

Our intimate Tasting Room is all about genuine connection – taking the time to get to know our guests, share the Pike & Joyce story and showcase our wines through memorable tasting experiences. For those looking for greater variety or additional hours, there may also be opportunities to work across our Restaurant.

At Pike & Joyce, we're looking for the right person, not just the right resume.

You may already have cellar door, wine or hospitality experience, or you may be looking for a change and bring great customer service and people skills from another industry. We're looking for someone who is warm, confident and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

About the Role

Working as part of our Tasting Room team, you will:

- Welcome guests and deliver engaging wine tasting experiences.

- Share your knowledge of Pike & Joyce wines, our story and the Adelaide Hills region.

- Use your customer service and sales skills to drive wine sales and build customer relationships.

- Process sales and maintain accurate customer information using our POS and CRM systems.

- Assist with bookings and general Tasting Room administration.

- Maintain a welcoming and beautifully presented Tasting Room.

- Have the flexibility to assist with food and beverage service in the Restaurant as required.





The role includes varied shifts across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.

About You

You'll bring:

- A genuine interest in wine, food and creating great experiences.

- A warm, approachable manner and exceptional customer service skills.

- Confidence engaging with a wide range of people.

- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

- A reliable, flexible and team-focused approach.

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.

Highly regarded (but not essential):

- Cellar door, wine, retail, tourism or hospitality experience.

- Wine knowledge or wine industry experience.

- WSET Level 2 or other wine qualifications.

- Experience using POS or CRM systems.
