Facto is seeking a hands‑on PMO Lead to support our client's global Oracle Fusion data migration program. This role will act as the right hand to the PMO Director, owning the day‑to‑day running of core PMO functions while coaching and guiding a growing coordination team.

About the role

As PMO Lead, you will operate as the PMO Director’s 2IC, stepping in to represent the function in key meetings, decisions, and governance forums. You will combine tactical execution with leadership, ensuring high-quality PMO deliverables, robust risk and issue management, and consistent standards across the program.

Key responsibilities

- Act as delegate to the PMO Director, including attending meetings, making decisions within agreed boundaries, and representing the PMO with senior stakeholders.
- Support the PMO Director with continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and ways of working.
- Lead the management of the RAIDD (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions, Dependencies) and participate in DA and other governance forums.
- Coach client delivery leads on how to identify, document, and manage RAID items to drive better risk and issue control.
- Own PMO Quality Assurance activities across plans, logs, and governance documents.
- Assist with quality assurance of status reports,



ensuring consistency, accuracy, and transparent messaging.
- Manage, coach, and train junior and mid-level PMO Coordinators, lifting overall PMO capability and performance.

About you

- Strong experience in PMO, project or program support roles, with recent experience in a Lead or Senior PMO position.
- Confident operating as a 2IC to a Program or PMO Director, including stakeholder management at senior levels.
- Deep understanding of RAID / RAIDD management, governance forums, and status reporting in large transformation programs (ERP or Oracle Fusion experience highly regarded).
- Proven ability to improve processes and uplift PMO maturity while staying hands‑on with delivery.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or managing PMO/Project Coordinators.
