HC Drivers Wanted in Colac - Full-Time & Casual Positions

Wettenhalls Transport is looking for experienced HC Truck Drivers to join its South-West Victorian operation based around Colac.

Both full-time and casual positions are available. In addition, drivers can choose from a variety of AM and PM shifts.

You’ll service customers throughout Victoria’s Western District and South-West Coast. Therefore, this role is ideal for an experienced driver looking for consistent regional work with a respected transport company.

About the Role

As an HC Driver, you’ll complete transport work throughout the Western District and South-West Coast.

Your day will involve operating safely while delivering a high standard of service to customers.

Responsibilities include:

- Completing regional transport runs safely and efficiently
- Operating HC combinations professionally
- Conducting vehicle safety and pre-start checks




- Following assigned schedules and delivery requirements
- Providing professional customer service
- Completing required transport paperwork
- Following Chain of Responsibility requirements
- Complying with road transport legislation
- Maintaining high safety standards throughout each shift

Most importantly, you’ll become part of a team that takes driver safety seriously.

What You’ll Need

Successful applicants will have:

- Current HC or MC Licence
- Suitable heavy vehicle driving experience
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual approach
- Sound knowledge of Chain of Responsibility
- Understanding of road transport legislation
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Professional attitude and presentation

You’ll also need to work well independently while remaining part of the wider transport team.
