Australian Healthcare Associates (AHA) is seeking Disability Inclusion Facilitators to deliver the profile across Inner Gippsland schools. You'll visit schools, facilitate profile meetings, and perform admin tasks from home, supported by extensive training and a dedicated Team Leader.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in working with students with additional needs, strong inclusion knowledge, and excellent communication. Role offers hybrid work and ongoing career development.
