Endeavour Group’s Sylvania Hotel is seeking an Assistant Manager to help keep the venue buzzing and loved by locals. You will support the Publican, lead a team of hospitality staff, and be the face of the pub on shift, ensuring secure, smooth operations and a great customer experience.

You will bring supervisory experience, strong people skills, and a current RSA/RCG & Gaming Licence as per state requirements. A dynamic, energetic environment with benefits within the Endeavour Group network awaits.
