About the Role

We are looking for a Laser Bucket Operator to join our team at Togo Station, Narrabri NSW. Reporting to the Farm Manager, you will operate laser bucket machinery to undertake precision field levelling and grading across our large-scale farming operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Operate laser bucket machinery for field levelling and grading.
- Complete work accurately and to required specifications.
- Conduct machinery checks, basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Work with the farm team to meet operational requirements and schedules.




- Follow WHS procedures and maintain secure work practices at all times.

Desired Skills and Experience

About you

You will be confident operating agricultural or heavy machinery and take pride in completing work accurately and safely. Previous laser levelling experience is highly regarded; however, we also welcome experienced machinery operators who are keen to develop their skills.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience operating agricultural or heavy machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
- Good machinery awareness and basic maintenance skills.
- A solid commitment to safety.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
