In this crucial role, you will lead the warehouse and distribution teams in increasing productivity, quality and efficiency in our Operations system. To create and maintain a healthy work environment and provide support. To ensure daily targets are met and to improve the Operations system where needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in warehousing and operations managerial level – preferably in a quick-moving environment
- Strong leadership skills to lead warehouse and distribution teams in responsibilities and organizational control
- Comfortable navigating necessary computer systems essential for warehouse upkeep
- Ability to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions and improve internal processes
- History of compliance with safety regulations and best practice safety in a warehouse setting

Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage all warehousing process, stock,



inventory and delivery fleet vehicles
- Lead and support the warehouse and distribution team in a fast-moving environment
- Monitor and ensure effectiveness of warehouse equipment and maintenance
- Follow workplace safety and OH&S; rules and ensure staff are following as well
- Ensure goods inwards & outwards efficiency and quality control
