Applejack Hospitality Group in Sydney is seeking a Full Time Chef to lead and maintain their designated kitchen section, whether larder, grill or pans. You will ensure your area is stocked, prepped and ready, while staying on top of tasks during busy services.

The ideal candidate has experience in contemporary Bistro-style food, can work within a small team, and holds a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or 2–4 years in a commercial kitchen.
